Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for routine site inspections and internal and external audits;
- Monitor and improve environmental performance of the Project;
- Provide technical support to ensure the Project complies with legal and contractual requirements;
- Coordinate with site staff, subcontractors and client's representative for day-to-day activities;
- Prepare meetings, materials and presentations for green building certifications if applicable, e.g. BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, etc;
- Assist corporate to achieve sustainability goal e.g. Science Base Target.
Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in environmental management, monitoring and audit for construction projects;
- Professional qualification in environmental related disciplines like HKIQEP, BEAM Pro, LEED AP and/or WELL AP would be an advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated and be able to work independently;
- Excellent command of English and Chinese;
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Environmental Engineer.
